I create a comprehensive marketing plan and professional marketing materials; advertise in local papers and on the internet; mail postcards; reverse prospect via MARIS; hold open houses and follow up with each showing to obtain feedback.

I follow up with buyers after showings and open houses in order to determine the buyer's interest in your property.

How I Help you Find Your New Home

I will spend as much or as little time as my clients want and need to discuss the buying process. I listen to clients' needs and wants in order to create the best possible home search for their criteria. I personally screen each listing that matches the search results in order to ensure that the property matches my clients needs before I send them along. When clients are ready to look, I prepare a property tour with and provide as much detailed information about each property as possible to that my clients learn as much as possble about the properties as we look. When buyers are ready to make an offer, I prepare a Comparative Marketing Analysis of the property so that my clients can make an strong offer without overpaying for the property.

Over the years, I have developed strong negotiating skills that benefit both the buyers and sellers that I represent.
