Campground next to the Current River. LOCATION,LOCATION,LOCATION!!! Eagle park Campground is nestled in the Ozark National Scenic Riverways. The spring fed Current River begins at Montauk State Park. The Current Rivers begins at Montauk Springs, which produces approximately 53,000,000 gallons of water a day. The Current River runs very close to the campground providing swimming, trout fishing,tubing,horse-back riding,and canoeing. There are 7 full hook-up sites. The current septic system will accommodate up to 14 sites. There are presently 3 electric only sites, and several primitive sites. Restrooms with showers have an on demand water heating system. The main store building (46x50) has an office,restroom,and a commercially approved kitchen .Possible uses are restaurant, fly fishing shop, camping store. The 1987 Clayton mobile home has no value. 2 drilled wells, one is a 300 ft. commercial well for the campgrounds and shower house. Great potential.
